Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) and Kajima Development will be developing a new condominium, Wooleigh Residences. This is a 99 years leasehold condo. The project located at the location of Woodleigh MRT. It is also near to Upper Searangoon Road. Woodleigh Residences consists of various facilities such as swim pool, BBQ pits, tennis court, gym, club house and relax pool. The developer will be building a community club that connect the development to the upcoming Bidadari Park. There will also be an underpass that link to the Bus Interchange.
